Clarification of disposition: 6938 Corrydale Drive re: Board found violation of Section 18-37(d)(8) "Mismanagement or misconduct causing financial harm to the customer ..." and ordered $750 fine and Letter of Reprimand. Board was not clear regarding harm to homeowner, (i.e., restitution). |

Clarification of disposition: 5771 Highway 95A Re: Board found violation of Section 18-37(15) "Proceeding on any job without obtaining applicable local building department permits and/or inspections ..."; ordered $1000 fine and Letter of Reprimand; and violation of Section 18-37(d)(9)(b) "Contracting beyond scope of practice allowed by license, no safety hazard ..." and fined $500 fine and Letter of Reprimand. Homeowner previously requested restitution; however Staff failed to address this at the time of the Disciplinary Hearing. |
