5.					5:02 p.m. - A Public Hearing Concerning the Review of an Ordinance Amending Articles 3, 6, and 7 That the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) review an Ordinance to the Land Development Code (LDC) Articles 3, 6, and 7 addressing definitions, permitted and conditional land uses and performance standards related to recycling facilities and operations. This hearing serves as the first of two required public hearings before the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) as set forth in Section 2.08.0 (b) and F.S. 125.66 (4) (b). At the September 2, 2014, Planning Board Meeting, the Board recommended approval.
