Conduct a Public Hearing at 5:32 p.m., for consideration to Adopt an Ordinance of Escambia County, Florida creating Volume I, Chapter 46, Article VI, Section 46-293 of the Escambia County Code of Ordinances relating to the establishment and funding for a Redevelopment Trust Fund pursuant to Section 163.387, Florida Statutes, for Oakfield Redevelopment District projects; providing for short title; Providing for legislative findings; Providing for definitions; providing for establishment of Redevelopment Trust Fund; providing for funding of Redevelopment Trust Fund; providing for disposition of monies upon expiration of the fiscal year; providing for independent audit; providing for severability; providing for inclusion in the code; providing for an effective date; and B. Approve the following 16 Residential Rehab Grant Program Funding and Lien Agreements: 1. The Agreements between Escambia County CRA and Ren and Sheng Enterprises, LLC, owners of residential property located at 508 Edgewater Drive, Warrington Redevelopment District, each in the amount of $4,448, representing an in-kind match through the Warrington Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Fund 151, Cost Center 370114, to replace windows; 2. The Agreements between Escambia County CRA and Grace R. Amell, owner of residential property located at 3219 Bayshore Square, Barrancas Redevelopment District, each in the amount of $5,934, representing an in-kind match through the Barrancas Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Fund 151, Cost Center 370116, to replace windows; 3. The Agreements between Escambia County CRA and Brenda Joyce Greene, owner of residential property located at 2570 Brooklyn Street, Atwood Redevelopment District, each in the amount of $2,640, representing an in-kind match through the Atwood Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Fund 151, Cost Center 370120, for total electrical rewiring upgrade; 4. The Agreements between Escambia County CRA and Vernon T. Washington, owner of residential property located at 3400 Hernandez Street, Englewood Redevelopment District, each in the amount of $2,520, representing an in-kind match through the Englewood Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Fund 151, Cost Center 370117, to replace roof; 5.
