Recommendation Concerning Residential Rehab Grant Program Funding and Lien Agreements – Tonya Gant, Neighborhood & Human Services Department Director That the Board take the following action concerning the Residential Rehab Grant Program Funding and Lien Agreements: A. Approve the following nine Residential Rehab Grant Program Funding and Lien Agreements: 1 . The Agreements between Escambia County CRA and Terry J. and Mary E. Teschel , owners of residential property located at 316 Payne Road, Warrington Redevelopment District, each in the amount of $4,450 representing an in-kind match through the Warrington Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Fund 151, Cost Center 370114, Object Code 58301, to install a new roof; 2. The Agreements between Escambia County CRA and Terry J. Teschel, owner of residential property located at 314 Payne Road, Warrington Redevelopment District, each in the amount of $2,600 representing an in-kind match through the Warrington Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Fund 151, Cost Center 370114, Object Code 58301, to install a new roof; 3. The Agreements between Escambia County CRA and Jack M. Stringfield, owner of residential property located at 638 Lakewood Road, Barrancas Redevelopment District, each in the amount of $4,625 representing an in-kind match through the Barrancas Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Fund 151, Cost Center 370116, Object Code 58301, to install a new roof; 4.The Agreements between Escambia County CRA and Fireside Promenade, LLC, owner of residential property located at 315 East Palmetto Avenue, Warrington Redevelopment District, each in the amount of $5,638 representing an in-kind match through the Warrington Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Fund 151, Cost Center 370114, Object Code 58301, to install new windows; 5.The Agreements between Escambia County CRA and Willie F. and Ulander Palmer, owners of residential property located at 1608 Gary Avenue, Brownsville Redevelopment District, each in the amount of $4,075 representing an in-kind match through the Brownsville Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Fund 151, Cost Center 370113, Object Code 58301, for electrical rewiring; 6.The Agreements between Escambia County CRA and Evan L. Jr and Sheila Feltner, owners of residential property located at 5 Audusson Avenue, Barrancas Redevelopment District, each in the amount of $3,475 representing an in-kind match through the Barrancas Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Fund 151, Cost Center 370116, Object Code 58301, to install central heating and air conditioning system; 7.The Agreements between Escambia County CRA and Caroline D. Kirk, owner of residential property located at 401 South First Street, Warrington Redevelopment District, each in the amount of $4,151 representing an in-kind match through the Warrington Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Fund 151, Cost Center 370114, Object Code 58301, to install new windows; 8.The Agreements between Escambia County CRA and Donna K. Gilmore, owner of residential property located at 636 Lakewood Road, Barrancas Redevelopment District, each in the amount of $3,650 representing an in-kind match through the Barrancas Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Fund 151, Cost Center 370116, Object Code 58301, to install a new roof; 9.The Agreements between Escambia County CRA and Charles H. Wimberly and Elizabeth J. Wimberly, owner of residential property located at 8 Rowland Court, Warrington Redevelopment District, each in the amount of $6,000 representing an in-kind match through the Warrington Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Fund 151, Cost Center 370114, Object Code 58301, to install a new roof; and B. Authorize the Chairman to sign the Funding and Lien Agreements and any related documents necessary to implement the Grant awards. |
