5.					5:01 p.m. - A Public Hearing Concerning the Review of an Ordinance Amending the Escambia County Land Development Code That the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) review and adopt an Ordinance repealing and replacing the Land Development Code (LDC). This hearing serves as the second of two required public hearings before the BCC as set forth in Section 2.08.04 (b) and Florida Statute 125.66(4)(b). On February 9, 2015, the Planning Board reviewed and recommended, with changes, the LDC to the BCC for review and adoption.  On March 19, 2015, The BCC reviewed the document with comment for further review at the second public hearing.
