Recommendation Concerning Professional Services to Provide Title V Compliance Reporting for the Perdido Landfill, PD 13-14.038 - Amy Lovoy, Management and Budget Services Department Director
That the Board award and authorize the County Administrator to sign the Standard Professional Consulting Services Contract Documents for Agreement between Escambia County and Stearns, Conrad and Schmidt, Consulting Engineers, Inc. (d/b/a SCS Engineers), per the terms and conditions of PD 13-14.038, Professional Services to Provide Title V Compliance Reporting for the Perdido Landfill, for a lump sum of $102,400.

BACKGROUND:
Request for Letters of Interest, PD 13-14.038, Professional Services to Provide Title V Compliance Reporting for the Perdido Landfill, were publicly noticed on Monday, March 10, 2014 to 266 known firms. Responses were received
from 5 firms on Wednesday, March 26, 2014. Stearns, Conrad and Schmidt, Consulting Engineers, Inc. (d/b/a SCS Engineers) was selected based on their qualifications in accordance with the Consultants Competitive Negotiations Act, CCNA.

IMPLEMENTATION/COORDINATION:
The Office of Purchasing will issue the Attorney's Standard Form of Contract Form G, Consulting Services for Stand-Alone Services and Purchase Order.
