That the Board take the following action concerning the issuance of Purchase Orders on Contract PD 14-15.064, General Paving and Drainage Agreement:
A. Approve the reallocation of remaining funds from the Capital Improvement Program, totaling $618,410, from Dirt Road Paving funds (completed projects) to Mack's Road and Cecil Road Dirt Road Paving Projects:

B. Approve the Issuance of a Purchase Order to Roads, Inc., of NWF, in the amount of $337,890.80, on Contract PD 14-15.064, General Paving and Drainage Agreement, for the Mack's Road Dirt Road Paving Project; and
C. Approve the Issuance of a Purchase Order to Roads, Inc., of NWF, in the amount of $280,518.87, on Contract PD 14-15-064, General Paving and Drainage Agreement, for the Cecil Road Dirt Road Paving Project.

BACKGROUND:
A Purchase Order will be issued on Contract PD 14-15.064 "General Paving and Drainage Agreement" to Roads, Inc. of NWF, to pave approximately 1.01 miles of Cecil Road, from Highway 99 to McElhaney Road. This project will include the installation of 1.5" of SP 12.5 a?sphalt over prepared base, as well as installing driveways, some drainage work, shoulder work and sod. The total cost of this project is $280,518.87.
A Purchase Order will also be issued on Contract PD 14-15.064 "General Paving and Drainage Agreement" to Roads, Inc. of NWF, to pave approximately 0.8286 miles of Mack's Road from Highway 99 to the East End. This project will include clearing and grubbing, the installation of 1.5" of SP 12.5 asphalt, base preparation, drainage, sod, shoulder establishment, installing driveways, shoulder work and sod. The total cost of this project is $337,890.80.
Attached is a copy of the dirt road paving project schedule for FY 15/16 and FY 16/17.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Funds are available in Fund 352 "LOST III", Cost Center 210107, Object Code 56301.

POLICY/REQUIREMENT FOR BOARD ACTION:
This recommendation is in compliance with the provisions of the Code of Ordinances of Escambia County, Florida, Chapter 46, Article II, Purchases and Contracts.
IMPLEMENTATION/COORDINATION:
Upon approval of the recommendation, a Budget Amendment will be transmitted to the Office of Management and Budget to transfer funds into the projects. After the Budget Amendment is processed, a requisition will be transmitted to the Office of Purchasing for Processing
