BACKGROUND:
In its meeting held January 7, 2016, the Board authorized issuance of blanket purchase order to Henry Schein, Inc., in the amount of $52,500 for purchase of medical supplies for Fiscal Year 2015-16. The recommended Change Order will add funds in an amount to total that estimated to be needed for the balance of the current fiscal year. The increase is necessary due to higher call volume and new procedures put in place by the Medical Director.
