RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning the Request for Disposition of Property of the Clerk & Comptroller's Office - Pam Childers, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller

That the Board approve the Request for Disposition of Property Form for the Clerk and Comptroller's Office for all of the equipment, which is described and listed on the Request Form, with reason for disposition stated. The items are to be auctioned as surplus or disposed of properly.

BACKGROUND:

Escambia County policy establishes the procedures for disposing of surplus or obsolete equipment. This policy and procedure is in accordance with Florida Statute 74.06.
