That the Board approve the reallocation of funds from the Capital Improvement Program to fund other priority infrastructure projects, totaling $341,206, as follows:

The project involves drainage improvements to the existing Caro Pond (aka Mayflower Pond) basin located in the Ensley community in Escambia County. The main project area consists of the existing Caro Pond, Caro Street from Caro Pond east to Palafox Street, a small segment of Orange Avenue just south of Caro Street, Rawls Avenue from Caro Pond south to Ensley Street, Ensley Street from Rawls Avenue to Pond Avenue, and Pond Avenue from Ensley Street to Devane Street. |
