REGULAR MEETING

1.   Invocation: Fay Harvey
             
2.   Pledge: Fay Harvey
             
3.   There being no additions to the agenda, Rev. Gene Hudson moved to adopt the agenda. Danny Lewis seconded and the motion carried unanimously. Upon call for the approval of the minutes of the MSPB meeting of 6/28/2016, Gene Hudson moved for approval. Danny Lewis seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
             
4.   PUBLIC FORUM: None
             
5.   OLD BUSINESS: McCants Appeal Pending.
             
6.   NEW BUSINESS: Pre-hearing conference has been scheduled on McCants Appeal. Hearing will be scheduled for August 16 following the regular monthly meeting.
             
7.   REPORT FROM APPOINTING AUTHORITIES AND ELECTED OFFICIALS: A. Board of County Commissioners B. Santa Rosa Island Authority (SRIA) C. Escambia County Sheriff’s Dept.
             
8.   ATTORNEY’S REPORT: Board Attorney Keith Wells’ report was contained in the prior business portion of the meeting.
             
9.   ADJOURNMENT: Rev. Gene Hudson moved, Danny Lewis seconded, motion passed - adjournment.
