1.				Workshop Called To Order by Chairperson Bentina Terry at 5:07 p.m.

2.				Proof of Publication - meeting was advertised in the Pensacola News Journal on February 14, 2015, as part of the BCC's Weekly Meeting Schedule

3.				Dewberry Presentation and Discussion of Draft Project Selection Criteria Stella Wilson, Dewberry Consulting, presented to the Committee the updates that were made to the Draft Project Selection Criteria from the public survey results. The Committee discussed each section meticulously and asked the public to make comments as they went along. The Dewberry Team and Escambia County Staff recorded comments and suggestions made by the RESTORE Advisory Committee as well as the public. After minor changes, the Committee voted to adopt and recommend the Project Selection Criteria to the Board of County Commissioners. Chairperson Bentina Terry asked the Dewberry Team to draft the weighing of the criteria for the March 2, 2015 RESTORE Advisory Committee Meeting.
