Election of 2015 Chair and Vice Chair
Beth Bolles took nominations for new Chairperson and Vice Chairperson. Jean Yarter made a motion and nominated Pat Bush for Chairperson. The motion was seconded by Christine Rodgers and passed without opposition. David Fitzpatrick volunteered to remain Vice Chairperson for another year and was unanimously approved. |

Members present during roll call: Gary Purvis, Jean Yarter, Karen Hall, David Fitzpatrick, Darrell Black, Christine Rodgers, Tina Lynn Sellers, Pat Bush, Janice Kilgore, and Comr. Steven Barry. Members absent: Charles Woodward, Jerry Patee, and Genevieve English-Charles.
After roll call, a quorum was declared by Susan Hendrix.

4-H Position Interview - Jenny Savely
Introduction of Jenny Savely was done by Pam Allen. Ms. Savely presented a Power Point, after which members had an opportunity to question the candidate. The candidate then left the meeting. Discussion was held among the Council members.
Written ballots were passed out and tallied by Susan Hendrix. Pam Allen announced that the vote was 100% in favor of offering the position to Ms. Savely. |

Other Items of Interest -
Pam Allen gave an update on the new 4-H building project.
Pat Bush reminded everyone that the Open House was to be held on May 2.
Pam Allen discussed that she was going to be working extensively on grant writing and had also, along with her husband, started a new 4-H Leadership Club. |
