Public Hearing - Proposed LDC, Repeal and Replace Escambia County Land Development Code A Public Hearing Concerning the Review of an Ordinance Amending the Escambia County Land Development Code

That the Board review and recommend to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) for review and adoption, an Ordinance repealing and replacing the Land Development Code (LDC).

Motion by Rodger Lowery, Seconded by Reid Rushing
Motion was made to recommend approval to the BCC.

Vote: 4 - 0 Approved
