1. Call To Order

December 1, 2014 meeting called to order at 4:03 p.m.
             
2. Proof of Publication

The meeting was advertised in the Pensacola News Journal on November 22, 2014 and November 29, 2014.
             
3. Attendance - Quorum Present
             
4. Approval of Minutes from 11/03/2014 and updated Minutes from 10/06/2014 for the official record

Motion was made by Christian Wagley to approve the October 6, 2014 minutes for the official record. Gregg Beck seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

Approval of the November 3, 2014 Minutes. Motion was made by Donnie McMahon to approve the November 3, 2014 minutes. Al Coby seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

At the Chairman’s direction, this item has been moved to the January 2015 meeting with the Criteria to be presented at the February 2015 meeting.
