4.   Approval of Minutes.
  Motion by Tim Tate, Seconded by Dorothy Davis 
Motion to approve the minutes from the November 10, 2014 Planning Board Meeting.
  Vote: 5 - 0 Approved

5.   Public Hearings.
             
A.   AI-7222    Subdivision Regulations, Procedures and Submission A Public Hearing Concerning the Review of an Ordinance Amending Articles 4 and 6 of the Land Development Code

That the Board review and recommend to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) for adoption, an Ordinance to the Land Development Code (LDC) amending Article 4, Section 4.02.00, Subdivision Regulations, Procedures and Submission; and creating Section 6.04.20, Cessation of Recreational Amenities in Residential Subdivisions.
  Motion by Tim Tate, Seconded by Timothy Pyle 
Motion was made to table item, staff instructed to get more direction from Administration.
  Vote: 5 - 0 Approved

  The next Regular Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 8:30 a.m., in the Escambia County Central Office Complex, Room 104, First Floor, 3363 West Park Place, Pensacola, Florida.
