Motion made by David Fitzpatrick and seconded by Jerry Patee to accept the Minutes from the August 31, 2016, Council Meeting as provided. Motion passed without opposition. |

4-H Agent Candidate Interviews
- Brian Estevez
- Alyssa Schortinghouse
Mr. Estevez and Ms. Schortinghouse each made presentations to the Council. After each presentation, a question/answer session was held with each candidate by the Council members. The candidates then left the room. The Council members then held open discussion. |

Evaluation of Prospective Employees - Ballot Voting
Council members voted by ballot on each candidate. Ballots were then counted by Susan Hendrix and Libbie Johnson. Both candidates received 100% affirmative votes.
Motion made by Karen Hall and seconded by Jerry Patee for the Board of County Commissioners to extend offers to Alyssa Schortinghouse for the position of 4-H Youth Development Extension Agent I, II, or III/Livestock-Ag; and to Brian Estevez for the position of 4-H Youth Development Extension Agent II, III, or IV/Youth Coordinator. The motion passed without opposition. |
