1.   Horace Jones, Interim Director, Development Services Department called the meeting to order at 9:00 A.M.
             
2.   Staff was sworn in by the Court Reporter.
             
3.   Proof of Publication was acknowledged and the reading of the legal advertisement was waived.
             
4.   Consideration of the following case:
             
A.   AI-7675    That the Vested Rights Committee review and make recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) on the following Vested Rights case:

Mr. David A. Theriaque, Agent for CEJ South, Inc. requested the meeting be postponed based on member's prior involvement.  
Joy D. Blackmon, P.E., Director, Public Works, County Engineer made a motion to continue the meeting to a later date after discussion with the County Attorney about the make up of the Vested Rights Committee. Horace L. Jones, Interim Director, Development Services Department recused himself and the motion was passed 2 - 0.
