Horace Jones, Interim Director, Development Services Department called the meeting to order at 9:00 A.M.

Staff was sworn in by the Court Reporter.

Proof of Publication was acknowledged and the reading of the legal advertisement was waived.

Horace L. Jones, Interim Director, Development Services Department recused himself and the motion was passed 2 - 0.
