4.					EZDA Business Review and Approve April 23, 2014 Minutes.

5.					Financial Report Will present the Annual EZ Report on October 22nd

6.					Board Highlights Danita Andrews will present before the Board.

7.					New Business/Public Comments Nominate a Business Owner in the EZ area to replace Dr. Andrew Armani Kristin Hual, Asst County Atty will present "Sunshine Laws" at our regularly scheduled Board on October 22nd.

8.					Adjournment.
