That the Board approve and authorize the following Change Order #3 to Blue Arbor adding funds to continue staffing services for the rest of the Fiscal Year.

BACKGROUND: |
The original Purchase Order was approved by the Board on September 19, 2019, in the amount of $310,000. The first Change Order on January 9, 2020, was to modify the Contract number with no change in monetary amounts. The second Change Order on May 29, 2020, was to reduce the Purchase Order amount by $80,000. This third Change Order is to increase the Purchase Order amount by $44,000 to finish out the Fiscal Year. |
BUDGETARY IMPACT: |
Funds are available in Library Fund 113, Cost Center 110501, to cover this Change Order amount. |
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS/SIGN-OFF: |
The County Attorney's Office reviewed this Contract when it was originally awarded. |
PERSONNEL: |
Library purchasing staff will, upon Board approval, submit this Change Order to Purchasing. |
POLICY/REQUIREMENT FOR BOARD ACTION: |
This Recommendation is in compliance with Escambia County Code of Ordinance Chapter 46, Finance, Article II, Purchases and Contracts. |
IMPLEMENTATION/COORDINATION: |
Pending Board approval, a Change Order will be submitted to the Purchasing Office for processing. |
