RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Approval of Miscellaneous Appropriation Agreement for the Escambia County Human Relations Commission, Inc. - Sharon Harrell, Interim Budget Manager, Management and Budget Services

That the Board take the following action concerning the Fiscal Year 2019/2020 Miscellaneous Appropriations Agreement for the Escambia County Human Relations Commission, Inc.:

A. Approve the Miscellaneous Appropriation Agreement, to be paid from the General Fund (001), Cost Center 110201;

B. Authorize the Chairman to sign the Agreement and all other necessary documents; and

C. Authorize the execution of the necessary Purchase Order.

BACKGROUND:

The County makes payment in support of the activities of certain Outside Agencies approved by the Board. In order to recognize these Contractual Agreements and establish the source documents by which payment can be made, Board approval of this Agreement is necessary.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

Funds are available in the Fiscal Year 2019/2020 Budget.

LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS/SIGN-OFF:

The County Attorney has reviewed and approved the Agreement.
