Upon documentation of compliance with the provisions of this Lien Agreement and the Escambia County Residential Income-Based Roof Improvement Program, and five years subsequent to the recording of the Lien Agreement in the public records, this lien shall depreciate to zero, and repayment shall be forgiven. The lien will not be subordinated without the prior approval of the Board, and subordination shall be considered for approval only to enable the owner to secure financing required to complete further improvements to the subject property.
