RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #129, 4-H Foundation Funding to Purchase a Super Cab Truck, Nick Simmons Extension Services Division Manager - Sharon Harrell, Interim Budget Manager, Management and Budget Services

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #129, General Fund (001), in the amount of $28,311, to recognize funding from the Escambia County 4-H Foundation to purchase a super cab truck for the 4-H Program Assistant at Extension Services.

BACKGROUND:

Escambia County Extension Services received funds from the 4-H Foundation to purchase a super cab truck to be used by the 4-H Program Assistant. The truck will be used at the 4-H property located in Molino to provide property maintenance, haul heavy equipment and animals as needed to support 4-H.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This Amendment will increase Fund 001 by $28,311.
