RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation Concerning the Funding Allocation to Support City Streets to Student Athletes - Commissioner Lumon May, District 3

That the Board approve the funding allocation of $500 from Commissioner Lumon May's discretionary fund to sponsor City Streets to Student Athletes travel to Florida State University to participate in their annual High School All-Position Camp, from June 14 -16, 2019.

BACKGROUND:
City Streets to Student Athletes was established to deter student athletes from drugs and crime in the city streets and develop them into productive student athletes.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
As part of the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Budget approved by the Board, each Commissioner received $50,000 to use at their discretion.

IMPLEMENTATION/COORDINATION:
Upon Board approval, the County Administrator's Office will work with City Streets to Student Athletes to obtain the necessary paperwork to process a payment voucher.
