| RECOMMENDATION: |
Recommendation Concerning Contract Award for M.C. Blanchard Wi-Fi Project - Paul Nobles, Purchasing Manager, Office of Purchasing
That the Board approve and authorize the Interim County Administrator to sign the Agreement between Escambia County, Florida, and Infinity Datacom Solutions, LLC, per the terms and conditions of PD 18-19.032, M.C. Blanchard Wi-Fi Project, in the amount of the Base Bid amount of $220,501.84.

| BACKGROUND: |
| An Invitation to Bid for PD 18-19.032, M.C. Blanchard Wi-Fi Project, was publicly noticed in the Pensacola News Journal on March 25, 2019 to 107 registrants via Vendor Registry. A non-mandatory Pre-Solicitation conference was held on April 09, 2019, in the Office of Purchasing. One firm attended. Bids were received from two firms on April 24, 2019. Infinity Datacom Solutions, LLC was deemed to be the lowest, most responsible bidder with a Base Bid amount of $220,501.84. |
