RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning the Request for Disposition of Property for the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court and Comptroller - Pam Childers, Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller

That the Board approve the Request for Disposition of Property Form for the Office of Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, for property which is to be auctioned or disposed of properly, all which is described on the Form with the Agency and reason stated.

BACKGROUND:

Escambia County policy establishes the procedure for disposing of surplus or obsolete equipment. This policy and procedure is in accordance with Florida Statute 274.06.
