RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation Concerning the Fiscal Year 2017/2018 Funding Allocation for Pathways for Change, Inc. - Amy Lovoy, Assistant County Administrator

That the Board reconsider the Fiscal Year 2017/2018 funding allocation for Pathways for Change, Inc., to increase the approved funding from $140,000 to $175,000.

BACKGROUND:
At the Board's July 13, 2017, Budget Committee of the Whole, the Board's direction was to fund Pathways for Change, Inc., at $140,000 for FY 2017/18 and to revisit the discussion to increase the funding to $175,000, if funds were available at that time.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Funds are available in the General Fund (001), Cost Center 110201. Management and Budget will prepare a Budget Amendment for $35,000 to move funds from the General Fund Reserves for operating.

PERSONNEL:
An Amendment to the Program Participation Agreement approved by the Board on November 30, 2017, will need to be approved.
