RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning the Memorandum of Agreement between Escambia County, Florida, the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority, and the Creekwood Homeowners' Association of Pensacola, Inc. relating to a wastewater system improvement project.

That the Board discuss the Memorandum of Agreement between Escambia County, Florida, the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority, and the Creekwood Homeowners' Association of Pensacola, Inc. relating to a wastewater system improvement project.

BACKGROUND:

The Board approved a different version of this memorandum of agreement at its regular meeting on October 5, 2017. Further discussions among the parties resulted in the attached version. Action on the proposed version should include rescinding the Board's action of October 5, 2017.
