Selection of Private Counsel.
Recommendation:
That the Board select one of the following Applicants for Private Counsel for the 2017 tax year and authorize the Chairman to execute a Contract for Services of Private Counsel, in accordance with Chapter 194.035 (1), Florida Statutes, effective August 24, 2017, through August 24, 2018:
A. Larry A. Matthews; or
B. Suzanne N. Whibbs.
