6.   Recommendation Concerning the Solicitation Process for the Design/Build of the Escambia County Correctional Facility - Amy Lovoy, Assistant County Administrator

That the Board discuss and provide direction to staff concerning the solicitation process for the design/build of the Escambia County Correctional Facility.
 
7.   Recommendation Concerning the Financing of the Escambia County Correctional Facility - Amy Lovoy, Assistant County Administrator

That the Board authorize staff to begin the process to solicit proposal for underwriters to finance the Escambia County Corrections Facility.
 
8.   Discussion Concerning OLFX/OLF8 Land Swap Update - Joy D. Blackmon, P.E., Public Works Department Director

Discussion concerning the status of the OLFX/OLF8 land swap and construction.
 
9.   Recommendation Concerning Local Government Verification of Contribution Loan Forms for Florida Housing Finance Corporation RFA 2016-109 - Tonya Gant, Neighborhood & Human Services Department Director

That the Board approve and authorize the County Administrator to sign the Local Government Verification of Contribution Loan Forms committing $37,500 for each of the following proposed developments applying for the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC) RFA 2016-109 State Apartment Incentive Loan (SAIL) with Tax Exempt Bonds and 4% Housing Credits:

A. Abbington Oaks;
B. Delphin Downs;
C. Meadowbrook Commons;
D. Patricia Pointe; and
E. The Place @ P Street.
