	A.	11198	A Public Hearing Concerning the Review of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 3, Zoning Regulations and Chapter 6, Definitions That the Board review and recommend to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) for adoption, an Ordinance to the Land Development Code (LDC) Chapter 3, Zoning Regulations, Article 1, General Provisions, Section 3-1.4 Allowed Uses; Article 2, Mainland Districts, Sections 3-2.2, 3-2.4, 3-2.6, 3-2.9, 3-2.10, and 3-2.11; Article 4 Perdido Key Districts, Sections 3-4.5, 3-4.6 and 3-4.7; Article 5, Pensacola Beach Districts, Sections 3-5.4, 3-5.6 and 3-5.7 and Chapter 6, Definitions, Section 6-0.3 Terms defined, to address the compassionate use of low-THC and medical cannabis.

	C.	11122	A Public Hearing Concerning the Review of the Updated Brownsville Redevelopment Plan and Recommend Determination of Conformance With the Comprehensive Plan That the Planning Board review and recommend to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) adoption of the updated Brownsville Redevelopment Plan and determine that the plan is in conformance with the local Comprehensive Plan.
