RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation Concerning a Funding Request for the 2017 Pelican Drop - Commissioner Grover C. Robinson, IV, Chairman, District 4 

That the Board approve allocating $12,500, from Commissioner Robinson's discretionary money ($5,000) and the remaining balance of his 4th Cent Tourist Development money ($7,500), for the 2017 Pelican Drop, and approve a Purchase Order payable to Gallery Night Pensacola, Inc., for this purpose.

BACKGROUND:
On September 20, 2016, as part of the Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Budget, the Board allocated $50,000 in discretionary money for each Commissioner to use as they wish. Commissioner Robinson had $7,500 remaining in his 4th TDT money.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
The Board approved $50,000 in the Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Budget for each Commissioner to use as discretionary funds. Commissioner Robinson had $7,500 remaining in his 4th Cent TDT allocation that he is using for this event.
