BACKGROUND:
The County is currently designing safety improvements along Detroit Boulevard. As part of the safety improvements, the County will be replacing the bridges on Detroit Boulevard and Cove Avenue. Due to limited right-of-way within this area, property must be obtained from Mr. and Mrs. McClellan for the project to be constructed.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Funds for incidental expenses associated with the recording of documents are available in an Engineering Escrow Account accessed by Escambia County Clerk's Office.
