Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #217 - Stephan Hall, Budget Manager, Management and Budget Services

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #217, Local Option Sales Tax III Fund (352), in the amount of $124,758, to recognize reimbursements received from Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) under cost sharing agreements for Beach Haven Northeast, Olive Road (East), and 3rd and Winthrop drainage improvements, and to appropriate these funds back to the Local Option Sales Tax III Fund (352).

BACKGROUND:

Escambia County entered into cost sharing agreements with ECUA for Beach Haven Northeast, Olive Road (East), and 3rd and Winthrop drainage improvement projects. ECUA's share has been received in the amounts of $20,374 for Beach Haven Northeast, $19,832 for Olive Road (East), and $84,552 for 3rd and Winthrop, and will be placed back into the Local Option Sales Tax Fund (352).

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This amendment will increase Fund 352 by $124,758.
