RECOMMENDATION:

5:47 p.m. - A Public Hearing Concerning the Review of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 2, Article 5, Section 2-5.7, Final Plats

That the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) cancel the 5:47 p.m., Public Hearing scheduled to review and adopt an Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article 5, Section 2-5.7, "Final Plats", by requiring all public subdivision improvements be free from defects for a period of two years from date of recordation of the final plat.

BACKGROUND:

The Ordinance was previously consented on June 2, 2016, and advertised on May 20, 2016, for the June 7th Planning Board (PB) meeting and the July 7th BCC meeting but was pulled before the PB hearing.
