That the Board approve and authorize the County Administrator to execute the following Change Order #2, to Tractor & Equipment Co., Inc., for the continued purchase of necessary labor, repair, and proprietary parts for heavy equipment.

BACKGROUND: |
In October, 2015, Purchase Order #160120 was issued to Tractor and Equipment Co., Inc., to include labor, repair and replacement of proprietary parts for heavy equipment. This recommended Change Order will increase funds in an amount estimated to be needed for the remainder of the current fiscal year. The additional funds are needed in response to more than expected repairs of wheeled and track excavating equipment. |
