Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #169 - Stephan Hall, Budget Manager, Management and Budget Services
That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #169, FTA Capital Projects Fund (320), in the amount of $40,593, to recognize insurance proceeds for a vehicle that was damaged as a result of the April 2014 floods, and to appropriate these funds to purchase another special needs vehicle.
BACKGROUND:
Escambia County Area Transit (ECAT) received insurance proceeds for a special needs vehicle that was damaged as a result of the April 2014 floods. These funds need to be recognized to purchase a replacement vehicle.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
This amendment will increase Fund 320 by $40,593.
