Recommendation Concerning Issuance of Purchase Order on Contract for the Montclair Group Resurfacing Project, Phase I - Joy D. Blackmon, P.E., Public Works Department Director
That the Board approve the issuance of a Purchase Order to Panhandle Grading and Paving, Inc., in the amount of $348,004.70, on Contract PD 14-15-064, "General Paving and Drainage Pricing Agreement," for the Montclair Group Resurfacing Project, Phase I.

BACKGROUND:
A Purchase Order will be issued on Contract PD 14-15.064 "General Paving and Drainage Pricing Agreement" to Panhandle Grading and Paving, Inc. This Purchase Order is for the Montclair Group Resurfacing Project that includes resurfacing Guerlain Way, Florelle Way, Ellysee Way and Deauville Way.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Funds are available in Fund 352 "LOST III", Cost Center 210107, Object Code 56301, Project 08EN0208.

Upon approval of the recommendation, a requisition will be transmitted to the Office of Purchasing for Processing
