RECOMMENDATION:

That the Board review the Community Redevelopment Agency 5-year Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Expenditure Report.

BACKGROUND:

CRA staff was directed by the CRA Board at their January 21, 2016 CRA Meeting to provide an expenditure report of the CRA TIF spending and proposed projects for the upcoming budget year. At the February 18, 2016 CRA Board Meeting, CRA staff was directed to bring this report back to the March 17, 2016 meeting for review and discussion. At the March 17, 2016 CRA Board Meeting, CRA staff was directed to bring this report back to the April 21, 2016 meeting for review and discussion. Attach is a copy of the combined TIF Expenditure Report overview.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

No budgetary impact is anticipated in this current fiscal year.
