RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning the Use of Court Administration Local Option Sales Tax Funds for Renovations Within the Law Library of the M.C. Blanchard Judicial Center - Will Moore, Chief Deputy Court Administrator

That the Board Authorize the use of the Court Administration Local Option Sales Tax (LOST) Funds to be reappropriated for renovations within the Law Library of the M.C. Blanchard Judicial Center to construct private deposition rooms.

This will not impact the General Revenue Fund.

BACKGROUND:

There is an imminent need for secure rooms within the community for attorneys to hold depositions in a safe environment.
