Recommendation Concerning Ratifying Commissioner Lumon May's Signature on Resolution R2016-42 Supporting Harvesting of Menhaden by Purse Seine.

That the Board ratify Commissioner Lumon May's signature on Resolution R2016-42 supporting harvesting of menhaden by purse seine.

BACKGROUND:

The Board approved a proposed resolution with changes at the March 17, 2016 Board meeting. Since the Chairman nor Vice-Chairman were not available Commissioner Lumon May signed the resolution on March 22, 2016.
