RECOMMENDATION:

That the Board review the Community Redevelopment Agency 5-year Expenditure Report.

BACKGROUND:

CRA staff was directed by the CRA Board at their January 21, 2016 CRA Meeting to provide an expenditure report of the CRA TIF spending and proposed projects for the upcoming budget year. Attach is a copy of the expenditure report.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

No budgetary impact is anticipated.
