RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #066 - Stephan Hall, Budget Manager, Management and Budget Services

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #066, Local Options Sales Tax Fund (352), in the amount of $65,082, to recognize refund proceeds from Gulf Power for a canceled Pensacola Beach road improvement and lighting project, and to appropriate these funds back to the Local Options Sales Tax (LOST) Fund.

BACKGROUND:

In December 2015, the Board received two refund checks from Gulf Power for a canceled Pensacola Beach road improvement and lighting project. Funds were paid up front to Gulf Power originally, these funds are now being appropriated back into the LOST Fund from where they originated.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This amendment will increase Fund 352 by $65,082.
