RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #180 - Stephan Hall, Management and Budget Services Interim Department Director

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #180, Other Grants and Projects Fund (110), in the amount of $14,164, to recognize proceeds from the State-Funded Subgrant Agreement, Contract Number 16-CP-11-XX-XX-XX-XXX, between the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management and Escambia County, and to appropriate these funds for the purchase of a Command Trailer copier and AV upgrades.
BACKGROUND:
On June 25, 2015, the Board approved State-Funded Subgrant Agreement Contract Number 16-CP-11-XX-XX-XX-XXX between the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management and Escambia County, in the amount of $14,164.  Funds will be used to purchase a Command Trailer copier and AV upgrades.  The full Contract number will not be available until the Contract is executed by the State.
BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This amendment will increase Fund 110 by $14,164.
