RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #158 - Stephan Hall, Management and Budget Services Interim Department Director

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #158, Local Option Sales Tax (LOST) III Fund (352) in the amount of $95,190, to recognize proceeds from the sale/auction of older, high mileage vehicles from the Sheriff's Department that were purchased with LOST, and to appropriate these funds back into the Sheriff's LOST allocation for future vehicle/equipment purchases.
BACKGROUND:
The Sheriff's office has sold/auctioned off 41 vehicles originally purchased with LOST totaling $95,190. The proceeds from the auction of these older or high mileage vehicles will be placed back into the Sheriff's LOST allocation for future vehicle or equipment purchases.
 
BUDGETARY IMPACT:
This amendment will increase Fund 352 in the amount of $95,190.
