RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #132 - Stephan Hall, Management and Budget Services Interim Department Director

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #132, General Fund (001), in the amount of $109,074, to recognize the Sheriff's Department off-duty officer, insurance, firing range, and miscellaneous reimbursements/fees, and to appropriate these funds to purchase communication radios for the Deputies to aid in law enforcement activities in Escambia County.

BACKGROUND:

The Sheriff's Department has received off-duty officer, insurance, firing range, and miscellaneous reimbursements/fees associated with proving law enforcement in Escambia County. SBA#132 appropriates these funds back into the Sheriff's FY 2014/15 Budget to purchase communication radios for the Deputies.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This amendment will increase Fund 001 by $109,074.
