RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning the Request for Disposition of County Property for the Office of the Public Defender - David Lambert, MIS Director

That the Board approve the Request for Disposition of Property Form for the Public Defender's Office, for property which is described and listed on the Disposition Form, with reason for disposition stated; the listed items are outdated, are in excess, and have been found to be of no further usefulness to the County; thus it is requested that they be auctioned as surplus or properly disposed of.

The surplus property listed on the attached Request for Disposition of Property has been checked and declared to be obsolete and or of no use to the county but suitable for auction or properly disposed
