RE:  Complaint(s) filed simaltaneously with DBPR and the Contractor Competency Board ("Board") by Tina Martin back in July 2014. 
On November 5, 2014, this Board voted to retain jurisdiction over the matter until a report was received from DBPR.  BID Staff was notified by an email from DBPR Investigator, P. Newman, that DBPR closed the complaint filed by Ms. Martin against Kent Dilts/Dilts Construction as "Insufficient Evidence."
