RECOMMENDATION:

Recommendation Concerning Supplemental Budget Amendment #118 - Stephan Hall, Management and Budget Services Interim Department Director

That the Board adopt the Resolution approving Supplemental Budget Amendment #118, General Fund (001), in the amount of $87,276, to recognize the Sheriff's Department off-duty officer, insurance, firing range, and miscellaneous reimbursements/fees, and to appropriate these funds to purchase bullet proof vests to aid in law enforcement activities in Escambia County.

BACKGROUND:

The Sheriff's Department has received off-duty officer, insurance, firing range, and miscellaneous reimbursements/fees associate with proving law enforcement in Escambia County. SBA# 118 appropriates thse funds back into the Sheriff's FY14/15 Budget to purchase bullet proof vests.

BUDGETARY IMPACT:

This amendment will increase Fund 001 by $87,276.
