March 10, 2015 - Communication from Gloria Wiggins requesting funding, in the amount of $250,000, for the year 2016, for Silver Lining-Dealing with Mental Health, Inc., a proposed youth-based home for 13 to 18 year-old juveniles, and current funding for $5,000 to $7,000 for the "Young Dreamers Club," an off-spring of the afore-mentioned company, that works with the youth at Woodham Middle School.
